2019-20 Fees Policy

Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable to Homeschool Connections and are non-refundable and not prorated.

Registration Fee

  • $125 per family for participation on one day (Mondays or Wednesdays); $225 for participation on both days
  • If your only Wednesday class is Beginning Band, you need not pay for the additional day.
  • Due upon registration when you submit your Registration Contract

Tuition Fees

  • When you register for a class, you commit to taking a year-long class and agree to pay the full tuition fee for that class.  For your convenience, we divide the full tuition fee into four equal installments.  This division does not correspond to quarters, months, nor number of classes attended.
  • If registering after classes have started, tuition payments are prorated.
  • Due dates are as follows:
    1. Due at registration
    2. October 2, 2019
    3. November 20, 2019
    4. February 5, 2020
  • Payments may be made at any time online, in the lockbox at the Welcome Table, or mailed to our PO Box.
  • Tuition paid in advance is non-refundable.
  • No reimbursement is given if a teacher misses a class.
  • No reimbursement is given if classes are canceled due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances including (but not limited to) weather, unsafe road conditions, earthquakes, or electrical/plumbing outages onsite.
  • To have tuition waived for a dropped class, a completed Add/Drop Form and drop fee must be given to the facilitator on or before the tuition due date.  If the drop fee is not received by the tuition due date, the tuition payment is due.

Copy/Supply Fees

  • Payable to the teacher
  • Due at registration
  • Second semester fees due by January 15, 2020

Late Fees

  • $20 will be assessed for payments received after midnight of the date due.
  • All due dates are posted on our website by the first day of classes.  Please plan accordingly as due dates are firm.
  • If you have extenuating circumstances and would like to request an extension, please email Connections.Treasurer@gmail.com and explain your situation.  Your request will be made known to all board members for their consideration.

Drop Fees

  • $35 per student, per class dropped on July 1 and thereafter.  Please fill out an Add/Drop form and submit it, along with your drop fee, to your class facilitator.
  • When you drop, your student is immediately removed from the class roster and may no longer attend class.
  • Students will not receive physical copies or supplies for dropped classes.

Persistent late payments and/or unpaid fees can jeopardize future participation in Connections’ classes.
